The Eden Project is another place that I have yet to see. I hope to rectify that some day. Here is a link to more information about it on its website. It’s closed at the moment of course, so just as well that I haven’t got time to stop, despite what that postcard says. 

I’m making steady progress through Cornwall, which is very long, despite my ferritin deficiency now starting to affect my running performance. Let’s hope that the iron supplements I’ve been taking will start to kick in soon.

The disparity between my treadmill’s readout and the distance as measured by my AppleWatch is quite annoying. I think there’s meant to be an undercount on the watch, especially when indoors as opposed to outdoors, which is measured by GPS, and my undercount is often as much as 10%, which all adds up. 

Excuses, excuses. We plough on regardless.
