A Happy New Year from the fam and our friend Adam.  We are eating our traditional New Year’s Day lunch of Yellow Split Pea soup with Frankfurters. Adam is having Quorn sausages. The bread was Parker Rolls, made in the Thermomix with a recipe that is always far more liquid than it’s made out to be. Here’s a photo of Nigella Lawson’s recipe from her Feast book that I sent to James so that he can make this warming, hearty, nutritious soup when he goes back to Montréal.
