We never used to allow dogs on beds or even on sofas. This has changed since Raffles came to live with us. He seems to feel that the comfiest place in the room is his by right.
The Boywonder has encouraged him to lie on his bed and doze so here he is at 9.30 this morning enjoy bis young master’s hospitality. The Boywonder has a fantasy that one day his own dog will always sleep on his bed. I’m not sure his future wife will agree especially if the Boywonder fulfils his fantasy of obtaining a Chesapeake Bay Retriever. There would be little room for two, let alone three.
Aw how lovely
I have had two Afghan hounds and a Maltese on my bed ….all at the same time ….admittedly I was clinging to the edge of the mattress….
I think a rope and crampons would have been handy …….
Raffles looks *very* comfy 🙂
We agreed when we got our cat, we wouldn’t allow her on the bed, table or kitchen surfaces. *Goes everywhere*
*sigh*
